Matured in Pedro Ximenez and oloroso sherry casks, this wine has flavors or dried raisin, sherried prunes, black cherry and honeysuckle.  All of the flavors are elevated in this bottle, culminating in a palate of roasted nuts, baked pears, and chocolate dust.  Truly a special experience.
