Produced in the appassimento style, with 50% of the grapes picked and dried for 40 days, while the other 50% is harvested later in the season. The bouquet is loaded with notes of dark cherries, coffee, olive and hints of spring flowers. Full, round, and voluptuous, this barbera has a remarkably soft texture and a core of sweet red and black fruits that extend onto the finish.
