This is the first time Glenmorangie's single maly has been finished in Palo Cortado sherry casks.  Inspired by single malts that have mellowed in bourbon casks, the sourcing of the sherry casks is intended to grant the whisky a soft, smooth character, bolstered by dark stone fruit, roasted notes, and chocolate.
