One of the world's best gins, this won two separate gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirit Awards in the same year.  Distilled in the Macclesfield Forest in Cheshire, England, it is a tribute to the local flora and spring water.

The botanicals in this gin include juniper berries, coriander seeds, foraged raspberries and blackberries, local moss and ferns, wild flowers, spruce, and pine.  These ingredients are hand-ground, in limited batches of 85 bottles at a time.

This gin is fresh and green, evoking the forest pines and ferns.
