2010 Château de Malleret

Haut-Médoc, Bordeaux, France

Rich, brooding black fruits with some charred oak on the nose. Medium-bodied, sleek, concentrated, quite stylish, with plenty of perky acidity to enliven the palate. Not an especially powerful style but has some finesse and poise, with some depth of fruit. Ample length to the finish.
