This wine is rich and complex, with impressive minerality and capacity for further development with age.  Notes of ripe fruit, such as honeydew and white peach dance for you, while on the palate pear and golden apple meet chamomile and pineapple.  The finish pronounces the minerality with a slight saline touch.
