This is a rich, ripe Shiraz from the Barossa's warmer valley floor. It exudes plush dark cherry and currant notes laced with dark chocolate, licorice and savory spice. The red and black fruit is luscious but juicy; the spice flavors and dusty tannins add interest, and the oak corners are neatly tucked in.
