Originally managed by a couple veterans of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra the winemaking is now in the experienced hands of winemaker Matthew Sherlock. Gentle skin contact yields a wine copper in colour. Full of depth and complexity this pinot gris’ notes of peach and apricot are balanced with a cleansing acidity. Hand picked and barrel fermented. Gentle filtering yields a wine that is medium bodied, dry and concentrated.
