Pender Island, British Columbia
The name is Spanish, but this delicious light and aromatic grape is Germanic and created by the crossing of Muller-Thurgau and Siegerrebe. This varietal is sought after for its bright floral aroma and crisp, clean finish. Light acidity with floral notes, combined with an array of tropical fruit flavors, including grapefruit, apricot, and melon. An excellent partner to Pacific Northwest seafood, spicy dishes, or enjoyed on its own!
