Maison Champy is the oldest wine company in Burgundy, and the winery has been declared an historic monument.  A classic, this wine offers lots of fruit and big wood.  White fruit and apricots come through on the nose, with almonds and spice following up on the palate.  Age and tradition have given this wine good complexity.
