The Pewsey Vale winery focuses exclusively on Riesling, and each of its wines comes from a single site.  This approach gives each wine a uniqueness brought on by the terroir of the vineyard.  The Contours is the pinnacle of wines that Pewsey Vale has to offer, made from the older vines on the estate.  This reserve release has aged for ten years in the bottle, granting it extra complexity, with notes of citrus, fresh toast, and hints of honey and marmalade.
